Terra Spitfire

Terra Spitfire is our strongest product when it comes to inflammation. It contains many different healing  essential oils - more types than any of our other creams.

We use this cream for general inflammation in the body and is very beneficial for blood circulation. It is highly recommended to be used as a back rub for people who suffer from autoimmune issues, rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia.  Terra Spitfire is meant to be used on the entire back a few times a week and never more than once a day. It has a high concentration of Dead Sea minerals and also a higher percentage of essential oils than the other creams. It packs a powerful punch. There is a reason we called it SPITFIRE.

It can also be used on the back and joints as it has both anti-inflammatory properties, circulation increasing capabilities and Peppermint/Lavender for pain relief. Especially effective for knees and all problems with cartilage and soft tissues. 

We recommend using Terra Spitfire and Terra Post-Co alternatively, a few times a week, on the entire back (up, down and side to side).  It also works well when used on the same day as Red Rub as it boosts the anti-inflammatory properties of the Red Rub.

Directions:

Test small sample area for allergies. Apply to entire back every other day
